As much as I like to get a Thursday report out, I think everybody that was coming this weekend already decided yesterday. There are so many anglers out on Little Bay de Noc this weekend searching for those Walleyes. That increase in pressure may have an effect on the bite. There’s a lot of fish out there though and many will hook up this weekend. Ice is still good and we hit single digits last night. We are starting to find some slushy spots though and I’m sure there’s gonna be more of that with the 40° temperatures on Saturday and Sunday. You should have good tires if you plan on driving out. Roads are packed down heading out the landings and it’s not to deep off those arteries, but with poor tread you might be in trouble.
