Windy, windy, windy day on the bay. I guess the heavy appetite this past weekend has come to an end. Far fewer anglers to report but even our diehards had a tough go of it today. Travel on the upper bay remains excellent. Probably going to melt off the remaining snow soon. With the low temps at night ice should remain good. We’ll see. Expert walleye hunters Chris and Bob stopped in the bait shop today before heading home to Madison WI. Bob Kendall’s design has been selected for next season’s Beaver Dam special edition tip up. Bob is displaying the chosen design at Blade’s Bait & Tackle today. We’re sure to have plenty in stock next season. Maybe we can get Bob here a day to sign some Beaver Dams next year.
