Little Melt Down

It is 33° at 8 o’clock eastern time on Little Bay de Noc. That’s down from a high of 42° earlier today. The warm-up did knock down some of the snow and travel is pretty good. However, it did make for a mess in some spots. If you run into slush it’s gonna be deep and a good chance you’ll be working to get out. Some trucks I encountered getting stuck are in need of new tires. Others simply needed a shovel. But even the most prepared Anglers can run into trouble. Any slushy spots will firm up tomorrow through the weekend. This afternoon I set out intentionally looking for nasty spots one the Bay with Red and Cedar. They love going for rides! Correction on yesterday’s picture. Ended up having a black tongue. Steelhead not a Coho.

Increasing your odds,
