Tonight’s report is short and sweet. Ice is looking great with 6-11”s across Upper Little Bay de Noc, but you gotta watch where you are going. Try to avoid the snow. The bare ice is the thickest. These GPS coordinates are for a patch of ice that is only 3-4”s thick. Avoid about 40 yards around this area and keep an eye out for other sketchy spots. When you come up to a drift that you’re not sure about, go on and poke a hole.
The picture tonight is at
Lat. N 45°52.680’
Long. W 086°58.209’
The side-by-side was on 10 1/2”and that drill with the Jiffy Scout is sitting on 3 1/2”s of ice.
Increasing your odds,
