Today we had 7° for a high and -7° for a low. Those are good numbers for improving our ice conditions. The ice still needs firming up under the snow drifts. Our concerns going forward will be cracks and heaves. If and when identified, you’ll be the next to know.
Lacy captured our picture tonight when she escaped the shop to run some errands. She couldn’t pass up this shot of the fog rolling over the Bay with the Gladstone Lighthouse in the background. If you zoom in you can see geese frolicking along the shore. Someone should take care of that, seems they’re keeping the water from freezing.
